Delete Your Account
Instructions for permanently removing your LexGo account and purging all associated cloud data.
⚡ Option 1: In-App Deletion (Instant & Automated)
You can permanently delete your account and associated records directly inside the app at any time:
- Open the LexGo Vocabulary app on your Android device.
- Tap the Settings screen (the gear icon located in the top bar).
- Scroll down to the Account Actions section.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm the warning prompt.
Your Firebase account, cloud backups, bookmarks, collections, and custom progress records will be permanently erased immediately.
✉️ Option 2: Web Deletion Request (Email)
If you no longer have the app installed, you can submit a manual deletion request by sending an email:
Recipient: brijeshdevapps@gmail.com
Subject: Account Deletion Request - LexGo Vocabulary
Please ensure your email includes:
- The Google email address associated with your LexGo account.
- Confirmation that you wish to permanently delete your account and all stored records.
Requests are verified and permanently executed within 30 days in compliance with Google Play Developer Policies and privacy laws.
⚠️ What Data Is Permanently Deleted?
Once your account is deleted, the following data is permanently purged and cannot be recovered:
- Authentication Record: Your Firebase Authentication profile, unique user UID, and account link.
- Cloud Vocabulary Backups: All cloud-saved vocabulary words, custom flashcard entries, and favorites.
- Study & Quiz History: All PYQ practice histories, review queues, and crossword progress.
- Gamification Records: Daily streak counts, XP leaderboards, and earned Challenge Point rewards stored on our servers.
Note: Local app data stored on your device can be wiped independently at any time via Settings → Reset App or by uninstalling the application.
